We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual for the position of Sales Coordinator cum Accountant. The role involves supporting the sales team through productive coordination while also managing key accounting functions. Please note that this is an off - role job in a Luxumberg based Engineering manufacturing company. The work location will be Taloja, Navi Mumbai.

Sales Coordination

- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch/delivery.

- Communicating with customers regarding order status and enquiries.

- Maintaining sales records and preparing regular reports.

- Providing administrative support to the sales team.

Accounting

- Performing basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, bank entries, and stock management.

- Preparing and sending invoices.

- Managing customer/vendor ledgers.

- Reconciling bank statements regularly.

- Assisting in month-end closing activities and audits.

Daily Work Responsibilities

- Booking purchase (goods & services) and sales transactions.

- Accounting for export and import transactions; coordinating with the bank to close BOE.





- Payment follow-up with customers.

- Inventory accounting and reconciliation.

- Processing employee expenses and petty cash.

- Regular bank reconciliation.

- Managing TDS & GST compliance, including return filing.

- Supporting monthly closing and audit preparation.

- Creating Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

- Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in accounting.

Skills:

- Tally Prime (hands-on)

- Advanced Excel

- Email communication (Outlook)

- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
