We're Hiring – Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 6–8 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday

Shift: Day Shift

Languages: English & Tamil

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales inquiries through phone and email.

Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders.

Coordinate with the Sales Team, customers, and field engineers.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales databases.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards.

Track sales orders, payment follow-ups, and customer communications.

Assist in proposal preparation and sales presentations.

Manage schedules, documentation, and sales-related administrative tasks.

Inform customers about order status, delays, and updates.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Provide product information and resolve customer queries.

Support the Sales Team to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

6–8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Operations.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Experience working with CRM tools.





Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
