Purpose of the role:

Its a 1 year contractual role on third party payroll.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing functions within our orthopedic medical device business, specializing in hip and knee joint implants. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales operations, and communication between field teams and internal departments. The ideal candidate will bring solid organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

- Assist the Sales & Marketing Head with day-to-day sales operations and project tracking.
- Support regional and national sales teams with lead tracking, sales data analysis, and CRM updates.




- Coordinate with distributors, hospitals, and surgeons to streamline order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasting data, and territory performance metrics.

Marketing Support

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, conferences, CME events, and product launches.
- Coordinate with external vendors for promotional materials, branding, and event logistics.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Support development of marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, and presentation decks.
