NWe are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants to build a long-term career in technical sales and business development.

What You'll Do: N● Support the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to proposal submission.

N● Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication with existing customers.

N● Build and nurture long-term client relationships through timely and professional communication.

N● Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to gather technical information for proposals.

N● Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, proposals and commercial documents.

N● Track sales enquiries and maintain accurate CRM and customer records.

N● Conduct market researchto identify potential customers and business opportunities.





N● Assist with pre-sales activities including lead qualification and customer engagement.

N● Coordinate meetings, client visits and follow-up actions.

N● Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients and industry stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For: N● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or another relevant technical discipline.

N● 0–2 years of experience(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)

N● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

N● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

N● Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

N● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

N● Eager to learn about technical sales, pharmaceutical engineering and business development.

N● Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
