Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Jaipur within the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their mobility or farm equipment needs, and guide them through product features, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.

Responsibilities include conducting showroom and field sales interactions, managing test drives and product demonstrations, following up on leads, and supporting conversion from inquiry to sale. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with dealership and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Mahindra automotive or farm equipment solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities to ensure a high-quality experience before, during, and after the sale.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confidence in customer-facing interactions.
- Basic knowledge of automotive and/or farm equipment products, with the ability to learn technical features and explain them in straightforward terms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with good negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfort working in an in office showroom and field environment in Jaipur, including local market understanding.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or digital systems for lead management and sales reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive, farm equipment, or related retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
