Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultants – Travel to handle inquiries and assist with bookings for our resorts and homestays. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a keen interest in the travel and hospitality sector and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat related to resort and homestay bookings.
- Provide clear and accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
- Support customers in making reservations and coordinating bookings.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate booking records in the reservation system.
- Deliver a courteous, professional, and customer-friendly service experience at all times.

Skills & Qualifications





- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, email, and online booking systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for travel, tourism, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
