About American Hairline

American Hairline is a premium hair solutions brand specializing in non-surgical hair replacement systems and customized hair solutions for men.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who has previously worked in the non-surgical hair patch / hair replacement industry and understands how to consult clients, identify their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and consult clients visiting the studio for hair loss and hair replacement solutions.
- Understand the client’s hair loss condition, lifestyle, expectations, and requirements.
- Explain different types of non-surgical hair systems, attachment methods, maintenance, and benefits.
- Recommend the most suitable hair system based on the client’s requirement.
- Handle walk-in leads, appointments, and assigned sales enquiries.
- Conduct detailed consultations and address client concerns or objections.
- Build trust with clients and guide them throughout the decision-making process.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly individual sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with technicians and the operations team for client appointments and services.
- Maintain proper records of consultations, follow-ups,



sales, and client requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and support repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in the non-surgical hair patch / hair replacement industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of hair systems, hair patches, attachment methods, maintenance, and related services.
- Strong consultation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to understand client concerns related to hair loss and handle them sensitively and professionally.
- Target-oriented with a robust sales mindset.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp, and computer applications will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs will be preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates who have previously worked as a Hair Patch Consultant, Hair System Consultant, Hair Replacement Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Centre Consultant in a non-surgical hair replacement company will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
