Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Electric 4-Wheeler sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining EV products, generating leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend showroom walk-ins, phone enquiries and online leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV 4-wheeler models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, range, charging, warranty and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Generate new leads through references, follow-ups and local market activities.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards dealership growth.
- Explain finance, insurance, registration and other documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the finance,



insurance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Stay updated about EV products, competitors and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs will be an advantage.
- Sales experience in automobile, EV, banking, retail or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.

Salary & Perks Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/- per month

Total Earning Potential: ₹20,000+ per month depending on performance
