The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily coordination activities, handling customer follow-ups, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support day-to-day activities of the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and MIS reports
- Maintain sales data including targets, achievements, and pending orders
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal departments
- Track order processing, delivery status, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in preparing sales review and performance reports
- Update and maintain records in CRM / ERP systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (Commerce background preferred)




- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with valuable skills may be considered)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
