Job Title: Sales Closer — Digital Marketing Agency (In-House, Ahmedabad)

About us: MedScale is a fast-growing personal branding agency for doctors. We help doctors become recognized authorities on social media. Our marketing generates warm, qualified leads daily — we need a strong closer to turn them into clients.

Important: This is NOT a cold-calling job. You receive warm, pre-qualified leads who already showed interest. Your job is to explain our service, handle objections, and close.

What you'll do:

- Take calls with pre-qualified doctor leads (provided daily — no cold calling)
- Understand their needs and present the right package
- Handle objections and close deals
- Follow up with prospects in the pipeline
- Hit monthly closing targets

You're a fit if you:

- Have 1-3 years of sales experience (service sales preferred)
- Can speak and understand English comfortably (mid-level or above) — our clients are doctors and communication must be professional
- Can explain a service clearly and handle "I'll think about it" / price objections
- Are confident closing premium monthly service packages




- Are hungry, target-driven, and want uncapped earning
- Can work in-house from our Ahmedabad office

Compensation:

- Base: ₹15,000-18,000/month
- Attractive uncapped commission on every deal you close
- Realistic total earning: ₹28,000-35,000/month for a strong closer
- Top performers earn more your income scales with your closing
