Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Chennai Area, Pondicherry, Coimbatore / Bengaluru, Mysore / Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service team members and leaders will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and supporting revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships with shippers and logistics partners.



The role also involves coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure service quality, resolving customer issues promptly, and providing training or guidance to colleagues or team members where needed.

Individuals in this role will track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, share best practices, and help develop team capabilities.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Greater Chennai Area, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to manage customer information and track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
