Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the design team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.

Conduct client interaction sessions to understand requirements and preferences.

Organize and lead quotation meetings, explaining proposals and pricing clearly.

Manage lead meetings to follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed projects.



Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain accurate records of client communications, quotations, and sales progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent Glamwood Interiors professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related industries. Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Location - Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
