Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru East.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and guide them through suitable property options offered by Prop Times. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with internal teams to provide updated information on listings, pricing, and availability. The role also involves explaining legal and financial aspects in collaboration with internal experts, supporting clients through documentation and loan processes,



and ensuring a smooth, skilled experience from first contact to closing.

The Sales

Associate is expected to meet sales targets, nurture long-term client relationships, and represent the brand with integrity and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and professional communication.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead conversion, target achievement, and pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of real estate processes, property documentation, and home loan procedures (or willingness to learn).
- Comfort with technology tools such as CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, conduct property visits, and manage a dynamic schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
