Role Description The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting PIIT Service Pvt. Ltd.’s training programs and services to prospective learners, institutions, and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting program details clearly and professionally.





The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, following up with inquiries, assisting with enrollment processes, and coordinating with training and HR teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Sales

Associate will also support local marketing activities, participate in events or workshops, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build long-term client relationships.

Sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities, with experience in lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales considered an advantage.

Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, office productivity tools, and CRM or sales tracking software.

Understanding of education, training, or HR services, or a strong interest in skill development and career-oriented programs.

Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team targets in a structured setting.

Previous experience in sales, counseling, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum qualification: completion of secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
