Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi.

The Sales

Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for yarns, tools, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, managing the point-of-sale system, handling cash or digital payments, and issuing receipts. The role involves maintaining store displays, organizing shelves, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the team to refill inventory.

Associate will answer customer queries in person and by phone, support basic product education,



and help ensure the store remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and clearly with a diverse range of customers.

Sales and retail skills, including basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and upselling or cross-selling techniques.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customers, maintain orderly displays, and manage routine store tasks efficiently.

Interest in or familiarity with yarns, knitting, crochet, or crafts, with a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.

Reliability and teamwork, including punctuality, readiness to work on weekends or peak hours as needed, and ability to collaborate with store colleagues.

Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital payment platforms and inventory tracking tools.

Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.
