Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective clients, understand their land and plot requirements, and present suitable property options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining property features, pricing, and legal aspects, and supporting clients through negotiation and closing. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities, following up with prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Associate is also expected to stay informed about local real estate trends and contribute to basic sales promotions or events as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about land and plot transactions, including documentation and regulatory aspects.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, conduct regular field visits, and manage time and schedules efficiently.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) to track leads and sales activity.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation.
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory; a strong interest in the property market is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
