Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate life and general insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, presenting product options, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, following up on renewals, coordinating with internal teams for policy servicing,



and meeting sales targets in line with company goals.

The Sales

Associate is expected to uphold Henox’s customer-first values and represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, including active listening and consultative selling.
- Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance concepts (life, health, and general insurance products).
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, skilled presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales and activity targets.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and visit clients or partner locations as needed.
