Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including research, networking, and social media.

- Conduct outbound calls/cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments.

- Engage with potential clients; understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions to acquire current business.

- Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to convert prospects into clients.

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on prospects, leads, and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.





- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
