Position: Sales Associate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Net Take Home) + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Joining: Immediate or within 1 month

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Channel Sales (any industry)
- Experience in Field Sales is mandatory
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Channel Sales Management
- Achieving sales targets
- Credit Control & Collections
- Understanding and communicating sales schemes
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Expanding and managing the dealer/distributor network

Requirements

Requirements:





- Normal english-speaking with a strong command of verbal and written communication in the local language.

- Valid two-wheeler license and access to a personal two-wheeler for field mobility (optional).

- Tech-savvy with experience in handling mobile devices, social media platforms, and mobile applications.

- Logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in rapid-changing environments.

- Willingness to work full-time on-site (no hybrid or remote work options) with a commitment to 8–9 hours of on-field work daily.

- Fresh graduates are welcome; 6 months of field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven self-motivation, accountability, and ability to manage tasks independently.
