Salary

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month

About the Role Trinetra Digi Media is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to help grow our client base. Freshers are welcome to apply. We will provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Explain our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
- Maintain daily sales records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team after client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

Monthly Target & Incentives
- Monthly Sales Target: ₹70,000 in closed business.
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
- Employees who achieve or exceed the monthly target will receive attractive performance-based incentives.
- There are no salary deductions for not achieving the target. However, consistent performance is expected, and regular performance reviews will be conducted.
