We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing EdTech team. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience are preferred. Fresh graduates with a B.Tech, B.E., or BCA background and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with students, parents, and professionals, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.

- Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses and learning programs.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational solutions.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

- Stay updated on the company's products, courses, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferred).

- Freshers with B.Tech, B.E., or BCA are welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
