We are seeking an organized and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and improve our daily operations. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handle essential administrative duties, and process customer orders. Your ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and help the sales team meet its revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide accurate product information.

- Administrative Aid: Prepare sales contracts, track orders, and maintain up-to-date client files.

- Order Processing: Enter customer orders accurately into the billing system and coordinate shipping logistics.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and report shortages to management.

- CRM Updates: Log customer interactions, update contact details, and track sales pipeline data.

- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly or escalate them to managers when necessary.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative support.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Organization: Excellent time-management skills with a sharp eye for detail.

- Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic point-of-sale (POS) or CRM software.

- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle changing daily priorities.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a business administration certificate is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,506.28 - ₹42,396.20 per month
