Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Booking Officer to handle resort sales, reservations, customer enquiries, and booking coordination. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in resort/hotel sales and reservations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Manage resort room, package, group, event, and celebration bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain resort facilities, packages, tariffs, offers, and booking terms to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients from enquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with the resort operations team regarding guest requirements and confirmed reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive booking experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase resort occupancy and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced in sales and reservations,



preferably in the hotel, resort, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Confident in handling customers and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Well-organized with positive follow-up skills.
- Professional and presentable.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Able to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Reservations.
- Prior experience in resort/hotel/hospitality sales and booking will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- English, Hindi, and Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/booking systems.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Vashind location.
- Male and Female candidates are welcome/preferred.
