Kherki EServices Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing player in the Solar Energy sector, based near IT Park, Chandigarh. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our sales team, expand our B2B/Dealer network, and drive revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer & B2B Network Building: Expand and strengthen our channel partner, dealer, and distributor network for solar products (Rooftop, Pumps, etc.) across Punjab, Haryana, and neighboring areas.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee inbound and outbound leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure high conversion rates using Zoho CRM.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the field and inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Tenders & Institutional Sales: Identify and participate in commercial or government solar projects/tenders.

Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and identify current business opportunities to increase market share.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:



Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development, specifically in the Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or Electrical/Engineering sector.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) is a strong plus.

Education: Graduation / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally/regionally as per business requirements.
