Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Peerless Biotech Pvt. Ltd. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales of diagnostic and home healthcare products, managing relationships with distributors and healthcare customers, and supporting market expansion initiatives.

Daily activities include identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, conducting product presentations and online demos, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term customers. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns,



gathering market intelligence, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management. The specialist will also support training initiatives for distributors and internal teams, ensure high standards of customer service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product education and sales enablement for distributors and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools (CRM, online meeting platforms, spreadsheets) efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with traveling occasionally to key markets or partners, if required.
