Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Pune District. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, and closing transactions across residential and commercial projects.

Daily responsibilities include developing and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities,



and maintaining robust relationships with customers, property developers, and partner stakeholders. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing consultative support throughout the purchase process, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The specialist will also track sales performance, prepare reports, collaborate with internal teams for training and product updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies in the region.
