Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s range of metal products in domestic and international markets.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing quotations, coordinating with the operations team on inventory and delivery timelines, and maintaining accurate sales records. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, participate in client meetings and trade events, and provide product information and technical support to customers.



The role also involves collaborating with management on sales strategies, supporting training initiatives for team members, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product knowledge sharing, and team skill development.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of metals and industrial products, especially stainless steel and related materials.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Candidates should have prior experience in B2B sales or industrial marketing; experience in metals or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Mumbai and travel locally for client visits as required.
