Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage online and direct customer interactions, promote collections across digital channels, and support sales campaigns that highlight the brand’s design philosophy.

Daily activities include responding to inquiries, providing product information, nurturing leads, and closing sales in alignment with revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating marketing content, assisting with social media promotions, and supporting partner training on brand messaging and product features.



The specialist will work closely with the core team to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, and understanding of basic sales processes.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to support team members or partners in achieving sales goals.

- Organized, self-directed work style suited to remote collaboration, with reliable internet access and time management skills.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or culturally inspired brands is an advantage.
