Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket. This role involves generating sales through direct customer interaction, product demonstrations, and relationship-building with new and existing clients. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, promote brand visibility, and assist in executing in-store and digital promotions.

Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring high service standards, maintaining product displays, tracking sales performance,



and providing feedback to improve marketing strategies. The role also includes collaborating with management on sales targets, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and brand growth.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide a premium brand experience.

Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion and upselling, with familiarity in Sales Management or working toward sales targets.

Experience in Training or mentoring team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Ability to work on-site in Saket with a qualified, client-focused attitude and attention to detail in product presentation.

Prior experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or haircare is preferred, along with basic knowledge of marketing activities and promotions.

Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and communication.

Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
