Role Description This is a remote Sales and Marketing Professional role. The person in this position will be responsible for promoting Ameera Wellness’s services, building brand awareness, and generating qualified leads across digital and offline channels.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and email outreach, coordinating with internal teams to develop service-specific messaging, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partner organizations. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data,



and contributing ideas to enhance client engagement and retention. Collaboration with clinical and operations teams is essential to ensure that all sales and marketing activities reflect Ameera Wellness’s values and commitment to ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales and client acquisition, including lead generation, relationship building, and conversion in a service-based or wellness-focused environment.
- Solid marketing capabilities in areas such as digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, time management, and self-direction.
- Understanding of or interest in mental health, emotional wellness, or healthcare services; prior experience in these sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with common CRM tools, marketing platforms, and basic analytics software; familiarity with marketing automation is beneficial.
