Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Agra. The intern will support daily sales activities, including outreach to potential customers, follow-ups with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline.

The role involves assisting with customer service inquiries, helping onboard new users, and providing explicit information about WhisprLabs’ products and features. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution, gather market and competitor insights,



and participate in training sessions to better understand the creator economy and AI-driven content solutions. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working closely with experienced professionals to build skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with creators, brands, and partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess basic Training and Sales Management abilities, such as supporting onboarding activities and assisting in organizing sales workflows.
- Interest in digital media, creator economy, and AI-driven products, with the ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
