Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support business development activities and client engagement for Grandview Consulting’s real estate, financial, and portfolio management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting basic market research, preparing sales presentations, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

The intern will help maintain client databases, coordinate follow-ups,



and provide administrative support to the sales team. This role also involves collaborating with consultants to understand service offerings and communicate value propositions clearly to potential clients. This is an internship, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, including learning consulting services, sales methodologies, and marketing basics.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Comfort with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic online research tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Interest in real estate, financial services, or investment management is an advantage.
