About the Role

We are expanding our core operations team and actively looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join us at our modern hub in Tirunelveli.

This role bridges commercial logistics and clinical utility. You will support our sales and operations team with the daily coordination of orders, quotations, and customer communications. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of inquiries and domestic transactions, acting as a key link between our internal operations and our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage B2B customer inquiries and generate accurate, timely sales quotations.
- Manage sales orders from initial placement through to final delivery.
- Maintain clean sales records, update internal CRM systems, and build structured reporting for management review.
- Coordinate directly with healthcare institutional procurement teams, medical suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time shipments.
- Track domestic shipments, resolve operational delays, and ensure strict compliance with healthcare trade standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Location requirement: You must be currently based in Tirunelveli.
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree is accepted. A background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or D.Pharm) is highly preferred.
