Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients and partners.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and execute marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and quotations, maintain accurate sales and lead records in CRM tools,



and collaborate with the engineering team to align solutions with customer requirements. Day-to-day activities include market research, competitor analysis, attending client meetings, participating in industry events, and preparing reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Marketing capabilities in areas such as campaign planning, digital marketing basics, content creation for presentations, and branding
- Ability to understand industrial automation concepts and communicate technical solutions clearly to customers
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM or sales-tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in B2B industrial, engineering, or automation sales is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within and around Pune City for client visits and industry events
