Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand global presence in API products.
2. Manage sales operations, customer coordination, and market development across regulated, semi-regulated, and non-regulated markets.
3. Oversee logistics, warehouse coordination, freight partners, and end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
4. Ensure export-import compliance, including EBRC, EO, GST updates, shipping bills, invoices, e-way bills, airway bills, and BOEs.
5. Lead and train the sales and logistics team, monitor receivables, and drive performance against departmental goals.
6. Coordinate with finance, legal, shipping agencies, CHA/CCA, and key customers while reporting sales, logistics, and compliance updates to management.
