Role Description The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing the leasing cycle and supporting overall property performance. This position includes handling inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective tenants through the application and approval process.

The consultant will prepare and administer lease documentation, ensure accurate records, and coordinate move-ins and renewals to support solid resident retention. Daily tasks involve building relationships with residents,



responding to service-related concerns, collaborating with property management and facility teams, and contributing to occupancy and revenue targets. The consultant is also expected to stay informed about local market trends and represent VISCO India professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong leasing expertise, including experience with leases and lease administration, with the ability to explain terms clearly and manage documentation accurately.
- Demonstrated focus on resident retention and customer service, with a track record of building positive relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or sales is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Office and property management or CRM software tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet leasing and occupancy targets.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred.
