Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales and Marketing Executives for PCD pharma, based in Chandigarh. The role involves identifying and developing PCD pharma distributors, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.

Daily tasks include conducting market visits, presenting product portfolios to healthcare professionals and channel partners, negotiating business terms, and ensuring timely order follow-ups and collections. The executive will support marketing activities such as implementing promotional strategies, coordinating campaigns,



and collecting market feedback to refine planning. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research and Market Planning skills to identify opportunities, segment territories, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in pharma or related industries.
- Solid Marketing skills to execute promotional activities, manage brand visibility, and support PCD pharma marketing initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Prior experience in PCD pharma, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within assigned regions, and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and ethical marketing practices.
- Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or pharma certifications are an advantage.
