Aim Electricals is looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Officer to ensure safe working practices across our electrical project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor site safety procedures and policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers
- Identify hazards and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and client requirements




- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe work environment
- Handle emergency situations and incident investigations

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of construction/electrical site safety practices
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle site workforce and enforce discipline
- Basic knowledge of safety documentation and reporting

Preferred:

- Experience in Electrical / MEP Projects
- NEBOSH / IOSH Certification
- Ready to travel or relocate to project sites
