- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the site.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Prepare and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for workers.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site management to resolve safety issues promptly.
- Maintain safety records, permits, registers, and inspection reports.
- Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory authorities during inspections.
Pay: ₹20,597.95 - ₹30,320.69 per month
