Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update safety policies, procedures, and protocols for construction sites.
- Provide training on safety procedures to employees and contractors on real estate construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards (NEBOSH), and company policies related to health, safety, setting (HSE).
- Collaborate with project managers to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-rise buildings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/degree holder in Civil.
- 5-8 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field (construction safety).
- Diploma/degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
- NEBOSH certification required; IOSH preferred.
