Ensures compliance with mining laws, inspects mining operations, investigates incidents, and trains personnel to achieve zero harm. enforce safety protocols. Monitor risks regarding coal dust, fire, and blasting. Lead root-cause analysis for accidents, injuries, and near-misses, submitting required reports. Oversee safety orientations for recent recruits and conduct continuous training for staff and supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate experience in Open cast Coal mines with Strong risk management, regulatory knowledge, emergency response planning, and clear communication.
