Role Description The Safety Marshal is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for promoting and maintaining a secure working environment across project and operational areas. The role involves conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and site audits to ensure compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and applicable regulations.

The Safety

Marshal will deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks, support implementation of safety programs, and encourage safe work practices among all personnel and contractors.



Daily activities include monitoring use of personal protective equipment, reporting and investigating accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Marshal will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into work planning, maintain safety documentation and incident records, and support continuous improvement of occupational health and safety performance.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), with the ability to apply standards and procedures on site.

Hands-on experience in Occupational Health, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures in construction or infrastructure environments.

Proficiency in Safety Training, including conducting toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and induction trainings for diverse teams.

Experience in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Relevant technical or safety qualification (e.g., diploma/degree in engineering or safety, NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certifications preferred).

Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, standards, and best practices for infrastructure and construction projects.

Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence behavior and promote a safety-first culture.

Proven ability to work on-site in challenging environments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and respond promptly to safety issues.
