Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Officer role based in Mumbai.
The Safety
Officer will monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits. The role involves identifying potential hazards, supporting risk assessments, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Officer will investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and assist in implementing measures to reduce recurrence. In addition, the role includes planning and delivering safety training, maintaining safety documentation and records,
coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and supporting emergency preparedness and response activities.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply relevant standards and regulations in an operational setting.
Experience in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis, incident documentation, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Background in Security and related safety procedures for public and operational spaces.
Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate Safety Training programs for diverse teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in safety engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications in safety or occupational health (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are preferred.
Strong communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using basic office software for documentation, data analysis, and presentation of safety metrics.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to field conditions, rotating schedules, and operational demands.
