Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a SAP Hybrid Developer is based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for partial work from home. The SAP Hybrid Developer will design, develop, and maintain SAP-based solutions that support key business processes, ensuring seamless integration between SAP products and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, implementing custom programming and configurations, troubleshooting and optimizing existing SAP applications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.



The role also involves participating in solution design workshops, preparing technical documentation, supporting deployments, and contributing to continuous improvement of Talent Titan’s technology stack and client implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Hands-on Software Development experience, including Programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used in SAP environments.
- Proficiency in system Integration, including integrating SAP Products with third-party applications and APIs.
- Practical experience working with SAP Products (such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions) and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in hybrid work environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively both onsite and remotely.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in HR Tech, enterprise software, or AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
