Looking for a Backend Engineer with 4-6 years of production Rust experience to build high-performance, low-latency backend systems for a real-time trading platform.

- Design and develop high-performance backend services primarily in Rust.
- Build asynchronous, event-driven systems with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Design scalable distributed systems for real-time market data and trading.
- Optimise applications for latency, throughput, CPU, and memory efficiency.
- Design APIs and internal communication layers.




- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

- 4-6 years of hands-on production Rust experience.
- Deep expertise in Rust language features with the ability to write idiomatic, performant, and production-grade Rust code.
- Experience with Go-lang is preferred.
- Strong expertise in async programming, concurrency, channels, synchronisation primitives, and multithreading.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, scalability, caching, fault tolerance, and high availability.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
