Job Title: Archer Developer / Configurator (RSA Archer)

Location: Bangalore/Bhubaneshwar/Chennai/Mumbai

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Developer/Configurator to design, develop, customize, and maintain GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions using the RSA Archer platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement risk management workflows, automate processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows). Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports. Customize modules such as:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- IT Risk Management (ITRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Regulatory & Compliance Management.
- Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations.
- Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Integrate RSA Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases). Automate recurring processes using Archer job engine and event-based workflows.




- Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics. Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine. Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.

Technical Skills

- Robust experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.
- Hands-on with:
- Application Builder
- Workflow Designer
- Data Feeds
- Reporting & Dashboarding

Knowledge of:

- SQL / Database concepts
- APIs (REST/SOAP)
- XML/JSON

Familiarity with:

- Archer Control Panels & Solutions
- Access control & permission models
- 3–8 years of experience with RSA Archer development/configuration
- Experience in implementing multiple Archer use cases
- Prior experience in BFSI or consulting environment is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- RSA Archer certification (Specialist / Implementation)
- Experience in:
- Archer advanced workflows
- Data integrations
- Cloud deployment
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk analytics, or compliance platforms
