We combine software, IoT, automation, computer vision, and data-driven solutions to improve waste collection, warehouse operations, material tracking, and recycling processes. As part of our continued technology expansion, we are developing robotics and automation solutions for warehouses and waste-processing facilities, including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), intelligent material movement systems, sensor-based monitoring, and automated operational workflows.
As part of our Robotics Engineering team, you will work on embedded firmware that powers our robotic and automation systems, interfacing with sensors, motor controllers, batteries, communication modules, and other embedded hardware.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ for robotics applications.
- Interface with sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and embedded peripherals.
- Integrate communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Debug firmware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and serial debugging tools.
- Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real-time responsiveness.
- Work closely with Robotics Software Engineers for hardware-software integration.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of robotic systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and version control using Git.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
- Understanding of microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Basic understanding of RTOS concepts; experience with FreeRTOS or an equivalent platform is a plus.
- Understanding of electronics fundamentals and hardware debugging.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Git for version control.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with robotics or automation projects.
- Knowledge of motor control concepts.
- Understanding of IMUs, encoders, LiDAR, or other sensor interfaces.
- Exposure to ROS/ROS2.
- Experience with battery management or power systems is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
