Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Conduct regular roaming inspection on production lines to monitor quality performance.

- Perform inline quality checking at all operation stages.

- Identify defects and provide immediate feedback to operators and supervisors.

- Monitor critical operations and ensure compliance with buyer quality standards.

- Prepare and maintain DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports.

- Analyse defect trends and take corrective actions with production teams.

- Ensure first-time-right production and reduce rework/rejection.

- Verify corrective actions taken by production after defect identification.

- Conduct hourly quality audits and maintain inspection records.

- Escalate major quality issues to QC Supervisor/Manager.
