Hiring Revit MEP Modeler (Plumbing / HVAC / Fire Fighting)

The Revit MEP Modeler will be responsible for creating, developing, and updating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models using Revit for various building projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project standards, and preparing detailed construction documentation. The role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to resolve design clashes, maintain BIM standards, and support the production of high-quality deliverables within project timelines.

This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close coordination with project stakeholders and adherence to internal quality and workflow processes. The Revit MEP Modeler will also contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices and integration with AI-enabled tools and workflows where applicable.

We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeler with hands-on experience in MEP disciplines (Plumbing,



HVAC, and Fire Fighting) to join our team and work on a client project.

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Revit Modeler

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Revit models for Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and coordination of MEP models in line with project requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver models within specified timelines and quality standards

Requirements

- Proven working experience with Revit for Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Fire Fighting systems
- B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Revit Modeler
- Immediate availability to join preferred
