Job Summary The Reverse Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end reverse logistics process, ensuring the timely pickup, tracking, receipt, inspection, reconciliation, and closure of returned shipments. The role requires close coordination with clients, transporters, warehouses, and internal operations teams to ensure efficient handling of reverse logistics activities while maintaining service quality and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end reverse logistics operations for returned shipments.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, warehouses, and delivery teams for return pickups and shipment movement.
- Monitor and track reverse shipments until final closure.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and reconciliation of returned consignments.
- Update shipment status and maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS/TMS.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for sorting, quality checks, and inventory reconciliation.




- Investigate and resolve return-related discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on reverse logistics performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for reverse logistics transactions and proof of delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency.
